A water tanker runs over another motorcyclist; angry protesters set 5 tankers on fire
Karachi’s traffic accidents continue unabated as another tragic incident occurred on Jail Chowrangi to Hassan Square Road, where a water tanker ran over a motorcyclist.
In response to the accident, angry individuals set fire to five water tankers.
According to police, the motorcyclist was killed instantly in the accident, which occurred on the road from Jail Chowrangi to Hassan Square.
Following the incident, unidentified protesters set five water tankers ablaze. Police and rescue teams arrived at the scene promptly.

Rescue authorities reported that in the past 45 days alone, 107 people have died in various traffic accidents across the city. Among the fatalities, men, women, and children were included.
This year, 78 men lost their lives in traffic accidents, while the chaotic and uncontrolled traffic claimed the lives of 14 women.
Tragically, innocent children were not spared, with 11 boys and 4 girls killed in the accidents.
Additionally, about 15 civilians have been injured due to the negligence and carelessness of traffic police.
