Eligibility criteria for assistant director job at NADRA
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a vacancy for the assistant director position in Islamabad.
The deadline to apply for these positions is March 9, according to the NADRA website.
The role is for assistant director (business analyst) and assistant director (technical writer) on a contractual basis.
For both positions, the applicant must have three years of related experience.
The eligibility criteria for both positions are as follows:
For AD (business analyst)

Bachelor’s degree (four years) in business analytics, business Administration, or a related field.

Degrees must be accredited and verified by HEC.
Skills required

Gather, analyse, and interpret data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Gather requirements and develop project proposals.

Evaluate programme effectiveness based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Create reports and presentations for stakeholders, offering recommendations based on analysis.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
For AD (technical writer)

Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in computer science or a related field.

Degrees must be accredited and verified by HEC.

Skilled in MS Office.

Create business requirement documents, technical manuals, use cases, standard operating procedures, user manuals, FAQs, reports, and other documentation.

Collaborate closely with various departments during the development, testing, and implementation phases of the system.

Help define protocols for biometric data collection and data storage solutions.

Familiarity with international best practices in biometric technologies is a plus.
Terms and conditions

The selected candidate will be initially hired on a contract for five years, with the possibility of extension if necessary.

Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.

Only candidates who are shortlisted will be invited for the test or interview.

Candidates will be disqualified if they provide false information.

An age relaxation of five years is already factored into the specified age limit.

The selected candidate must present medical fitness and character certificates.
