Another Mustafa murdered by friends over money in Karachi
A shocking case of betrayal and murder unfolded in Defence Phase 7, where a man named Mustafa was allegedly killed by his friends over money.
Mustafa was staying at a guest house with his companions Mujahid and Ubaid when the tragedy occurred.
According to reports, Mustafa’s father tried contacting him but received no response.
When he called Mujahid, the latter evaded questions and made excuses.
Sensing something was wrong, the guest house staff revealed that one person had already fled while the other was about to escape.
Murder over millions
Police confirm that one man was killed, and another injured in a shooting incident at the guest house.
Mujahid, who survived, has been arrested on suspicion of being involved in Mustafa’s murder, while Ubaid remains on the run.
An FIR has been registered at the Defence police station on the complaint of Mustafa’s father, who provided crucial details.

According to him, Mustafa had arrived in Karachi from Rawalpindi with Rs7 million, accompanied by Mujahid and Ubaid.
When he failed to reach his son, he called Mujahid, who delayed and dodged his queries, insisting that Mustafa was asleep.
Growing suspicious, Mustafa’s father demanded a video call.
Mujahid, however, turned off the lights, making it impossible for him to see anything.
He then asked to speak to the hotel management, who confirmed his worst fears — one suspect had already escaped, and the other was about to flee.
Relatives rushed to the guest house, only to find Mustafa’s body soaked in blood.
The father alleges that Ubaid took off with his son’s Rs7 million, car, weapons, and other belongings.
According to Defence SHO Shahid Taj, Mustafa was of Pakhtun origin, while Mujahid and Ubaid are Afghan nationals.
Mujahid has been arrested, and police are actively searching for Ubaid, who escaped with the stolen money and valuables.
The investigation is ongoing.
