Mustafa Amir’s mother accuses her son’s girlfriend of murder
Deceased Mustafa Amir’s mother has accused her son’s girlfriend of killing her son as the police investigate the killing of the youth.
“Marsha Shahid had my son killed,” the deceased man’s mother said in a statement. “Marsha Shahid had been in a relationship with her son for four years.”
Amir, a Karachi resident, went missing on January 6, according to the police. His charred body was found in a car in Balochistan, they told reporters in a press conference on Friday.
Police added that they got to know about the death after a suspect made a shocking confession to them during the investigation.
As the story unfolds, investigators said on Saturday that the conflict leading to the missing person’s death arose from a dispute involving a girl.
Reports said that the girl fell into addiction, leading to conflicts between them. “Marsha Shahid was deceiving my son,” his mother said and added that her son was “very upset” about the situation.
She alleged that the suspect contacted Armaghan and other people. The deceased man’s mother claimed that when her son raised objections, the girl got into a fight with him, and alleged that the contact was made to kill her son.

Marsha had gone to the United States for studies in August 2024 and returned on December 22, the deceased’s mother said and added: “After her return, there were numerous fights between Mustafa and the girl.”
She alleged that Armaghan called Mustafa under “false pretences.” Armaghan allegedly informed Marsha about the murder, she claimed and said: “We informed the police about the girl, but they took no action against her.”
The mother alleged that the woman fled to America when she was summoned for questioning. “Marsha Shahid has escaped to America. The state must provide us justice.”
