‘Chhaava’ crosses 100 Indian crore rupees mark
Indian actor Vicky Kaushal’s latest release, Chhaava, has crossed the 100 Indian crore rupees milestone within just three days of its release, reports said.
Directed by Laxman Utekar, the historical drama earned 46 Indian crore rupees on its third day, bringing its total net collection in India to 108.50 Indian crore rupees.
The film started strong with an opening day collection of 28.50 Indian crore rupees, followed by 34 Indian crore rupees on the second day. With its significant earnings on day 3, Chhaava has set a record as Kaushal’s fastest film to reach the 100 Indian crore rupees club, becoming his second-highest grosser to date.
The movie also beat Puspa 2 at the MovieMax by earning the highest single day collection.
Chhaava is particularly excelling in Maharashtra, its largest market, due to “positive word-of-mouth and favourable reviews.”

As it continues to perform well, the film is poised to challenge Padmaavat‘s lifetime collection and potentially become Bollywood’s “highest-grossing period drama.”
