The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced the expansion of its biker services to several new cities, including Karachi. This initiative enables citizens to access various services from home, eliminating the need for visits to NADRA offices. The biker services are now available in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Taxila, Lahore, Karachi, Mirpur Khas, and Wah Cantonment.

Ehtasham Shahid, the NADRA Karachi region Director General, inaugurated the service by handing over keys to the bikers, who are equipped with the necessary tools.

The service will operate from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Citizens can renew their CNICs and access other NADRA facilities by calling the NADRA helpline to register.

However, applicants wishing to create a new CNIC must still visit NADRA offices.

For the biker service, an additional fee of Rs. 1,000 will be charged on top of the standard document renewal fees.

Once processed, documents will be delivered directly to the applicants’ homes, streamlining the process.
