How to apply for State Bank of Pakistan’s Summer Internship Programme 2025
The State Bank of Pakistan has announced the Summer Internship Program 2025 for six weeks.
The internship will run from June 23, 2025, to August 01, 2025, at the SBP, Karachi.
The last date to submit an online application is February 14, 2025.
Eligibility criteria
- Students must have completed at least two years of a four-year bachelor’s degree programme or be enrolled in a master’s programme.
- Acceptable fields of study include Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, Agriculture, Media Sciences/Mass Communication, and Information Systems and Technology.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 70% marks if a percentage system is used, or a CGPA of at least 3.00 out of 4.00 or 4.00 out of 5.00 if a GPA system is applied.
- Graduates or those awaiting results to fulfil the eligibility requirements cannot apply.
Procedure
- Open the internship link using a supported browser (avoid Internet Explorer).
- Click on the ‘Apply Here’ button.
- Enter a valid email address and confirm it.
- Provide CNIC or NICOP number (13 characters, no dashes).
- Fill in the CAPTCHA and click ‘Submit’.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email to continue the registration process.
- Choose one of the two options:
- Pakistani national studying in a domestic university
- Pakistani national studying in an international university.
- Click the ‘Submit’ button after completing all sections.
- A confirmation message will appear upon successful submission.
Shortlisted students will be notified by March 14, 2025, and will need to submit scanned attested copies of their last semester’s official transcript, CNIC, NICO or valid Pakistani passport, and domicile, along with a passport-sized photograph.
