Additional Assistant Commissioner Shahid Khattak has sparked public outrage after allegedly humiliating kite sellers during a crackdown on illegal kite sales.

A video circulating online shows Khattak making the President of the Kite Association sign documents while placing them on the man’s back.

This act has been widely condemned as unacceptable and a blatant display of humiliation. Citizens are demanding that the deputy commissioner of Haripur take strict action against Khattak.

This incident follows another controversial event in Rahim Yar Khan’s Sadiqabad tehsil where government officials were filmed slashing the tires of vehicles parked on the roadside. Locals claim this operation was carried out on the orders of an Assistant Commissioner.
