The Sindh traffic police have revised the license fees for cars and motorcycles in the province, media reports said.

The provincial government has established a minimum age of 18 for obtaining a driving licence, according to the Motor Vehicle Ordinance.

Individuals who meet this age requirement must secure an online pre-appointment before visiting a driving license branch. After acquiring a pre-appointment token, applicants are required to appear in person at the designated driving license branch, bringing along their original Computerised National Identity Card.

Following registration, applicants must undergo a fitness examination conducted by a medical officer. Before securing a permanent driving licence, individuals are required to first obtain a learner’s driving licence, valid for one year.
