A truck loaded with chillies overturned on Drigh Road in Karachi, causing a traffic jam from Colony Road to Drigh Road. The spill of diesel from the truck led to motorcycles skidding on the road.

The truck was en route from Nokot to Joria Bazaar and was carrying 300 sacks of chilies, eyewitnesses said.

The driver said that the truck overturned due to a broken axle, resulting in significant disruption for commuters.

As a result of the traffic jam, residents faced considerable difficulties navigating the area.
