KP decides to shut down CNG stations for 11 days
The decision was made in response to low gas pressure affecting domestic consumers
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Interior Ministry has announced the closure of all Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations across the province from January 20 until January 31.
According to a statement released by the department, the decision was made in response to low gas pressure affecting domestic consumers.
The government cited the severe winter weather as the primary reason for prioritizing domestic gas supply over CNG.
The closure aims to alleviate the difficulties faced by households during this period of increased demand.
