Two judges killed, third wounded in Tehran Supreme Court shooting
A gun attack outside the Iranian Supreme Court in Tehran left two Supreme Court judges dead on Saturday. another judge was wounded in the attack, state media reported.
The dead Judges were identified as Mohammad Moghiseh and Hojatoleslam Ali Razini.
The attacker reportedly took his own life after firing at the judges outside the Supreme Court. Iranian media also noted that a bodyguard of one of the judges was injured in the incident, according to Mizan Online.
Hojatoleslam Ali Razini was the head of Branch 39 and Judge Mohammad Moghiseh, the head of Branch 53 of the Supreme Court.
Initial investigations showed that the assailant did not have a case at the Supreme Court and was not a visitor to any of its branches.
