A 14-year-old domestic worker has reportedly suffered mutilation of sensitive body parts in Lahore’s Ghalib Market.

Authorities stated that the victim, identified as Sunny, was employed by a man named Sajid for a monthly salary of Rs6000.

An FIR lodged by the police indicated that the landlord, along with his wife and other family members, allegedly inflicted severe physical abuse on the child.

The FIR revealed visible signs of violence on Sunny’s body, including mutilation of sensitive areas on both sides. Additionally, police noted the presence of rope marks on his arms, which had turned blue.

Reports suggested that the minor was also subjected to sexual assault and was transferred to the hospital in critical condition for urgent medical attention.

Sunny, a resident of Okara, had started his employment four months prior. The Superintendent of Police (SP) for Model Town confirmed that two suspects, including the main accused Sajid, were arrested in connection with the case.
