Winter holidays for Islamabad’s private schools were announced on Friday.

According to a notification issued by the Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority, the holidays will begin on December 21 and end on January 5.

Schools will operate as per normal from January 6.

Meanwhile, the Punjab School Education Department has revised the dates for winter vacations, and colleges have also announced their winter breaks.

The department issued a notification detailing the new schedule, stating that schools will now be closed from December 23 instead of December 20.
