Gold prices in Pakistan saw a notable increase on Thursday, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola rising by Rs500 to reach Rs275,700, up from Rs275,200 the previous trading day, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also climbed by Rs428, reaching Rs236,368 compared to Rs235,940. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold increased to Rs216,671 from Rs216,278.

Silver prices remained stable, with both per tola and 10-gram silver trading at Rs3,400 and Rs2,914.95, respectively.

In the international market, gold prices rose by $5, moving from $2,640 to $2,645, the association added.
