Gold prices experienced a significant drop in both international and domestic markets today.

The decline was mirrored in Pakistan’s local markets. The price of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs500 per tola (approximately 11.66 grams), reaching Rs275,500. Similarly, the price per 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs428, closing at Rs236,197.

In contrast to the gold price drop, the price of silver remained unchanged. The price of silver remained stable at Rs3,050 per tola and Rs2,614.88 per 10 grams.

In the international bullion market, the price of gold fell by $4 per ounce, settling at $2,653.
