PM Narendra Modi embarks on three-day visit to the US for Quad Leaders’ Summit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has departed for a three-day trip to the United States, where he will participate in the fourth Quad Leaders’ Summit hosted by President Joe Biden in Wilmington, Delaware.

The summit is set for September 21, and Modi is also scheduled to address the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

During his visit, Modi will engage with the Indian community on September 22 and hold discussions with prominent American business leaders to enhance collaboration in key sectors such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and biotechnology.

The Quad, comprising India, the US, Japan, and Australia, aims to promote peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.

The upcoming summit will address significant global issues, including the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, maritime security, and emerging technologies.
