WhatsApp has announced the rollout of a new version of its Meta AI assistant specifically designed for businesses, available in the latest beta update for users.

The update, WhatsApp beta for Android 2.24.19.16, can be accessed on the Google Play Store.

According to WABetaInfo, the AI chatbot allows users to inquire about various aspects of WhatsApp Business. It can generate personalized insights and help users acquire new skills to enhance their business operations. Additionally, the chatbot assists with organizational tasks, enabling businesses to concentrate on what matters most.

Businesses can also leverage Meta AI to create unique images and content for their catalogs, design advertisements, and update their profiles.

It’s important to highlight that this version of Meta AI is tailored to help businesses attract new customers and strengthen their relationships with existing ones. It offers personalized product recommendations, which can improve customer satisfaction and boost sales.

Currently, Meta AI for businesses is being rolled out in selected countries through a phased approach. This means that while some regions can immediately access these advanced features, others will gain access as the service expands over the coming weeks.
