Asad Qaiser says PTI will go for VONC after getting reserved seats

Says Khawaja Asif is mentally unstable

PTI leader and former Speaker of the National Assembly Asad Qaiser has declared that his party will vote no confidence in the current government after securing reserved seats. He further stated that this move will pave the way for fair elections.

Speaking on a TV program, Qaiser asserted that all stakeholders should come together to ensure transparent elections. He expressed confidence that the situation will improve by December, leading to a PTI majority in the assembly.

He criticized the current government, stating that it lacks a mandate and called upon all institutions to operate within their respective domains.

Qaiser dismissed the statements of Khawaja Asif as lacking credibility and suggested that the defense minister is no longer mentally stable.

He highlighted the ongoing protests in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the rampant crime in Karachi, and the lack of control over bandits in Punjab.

The former Speaker also pointed out the deep divisions within the ruling coalition, mentioning the disagreements between the “younger brother” (Shehbaz Sharif) and “older brother” (Nawaz Sharif), as well as the differences between Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto.
