Lahore police have arrested a suspect in connection with the alleged rape of an 18-year-old girl at Gulab Devi Hospital.

According to police, the suspect, a laboratory technician student, allegedly assaulted the girl in a washroom on July 13th.

The suspect was arrested at the hospital. Police have stated that the suspect committed the crime with an accomplice, and are actively pursuing the second suspect.

The victim, a resident of Nankana Sahib, was receiving treatment in the Amiruddin Ward.

The police have registered a case against the arrested suspect and are investigating the incident further.
