Gold rates shrink by Rs500 per tola
Gold prices declined Tuesday in local and international markets, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The current price of gold in the local market is Rs241,500 per tola, which represents a decrease of Rs500 compared to the previous day’s price.
The price of 10 grams of gold was Rs207,047, representing a decrease of Rs429 from the previous price, according to the rates shared by APGJSA.
The international price of gold decreased on Tuesday. The rate was $2,326 per ounce, which includes a premium of $20. This represents a decrease of $2 in the gold price compared to the previous day.
The silver rates remained similar at Rs2,850 per tola.
