Government schools introduce ‘no bag policy’ for children in Islamabad
The federal government has introduced a new student-friendly “no bag policy” for primary schools in Islamabad.
This new initiative will start from August 1 and children will no longer have to bring school bags to school.
Under the new policy, students will be provided with storage cabinets in their classrooms to keep their textbooks and other school materials.
This is aimed at reducing the burden on young students of carrying heavy school bags.
