The body of 13-year-old Hasib, who went missing mysteriously from the Muzaffar Colony area of Lahore on June 10, has been recovered from a drum placed on the rooftop of his home.

According to police, the family suspects that Hasib’s stepbrother, Ali Asghar, murdered him and hid the body before fleeing.

Police have collected evidence from the scene with the help of forensic teams. The body has been handed over to the family after legal procedures.

An abduction case was registered on the request of Hasib’s father, Ahmad Yar, after his disappearance.

The investigation into the tragic incident is ongoing, and police are actively pursuing the accused to bring him to justice.
