Another donkey mutilated in Rawalpindi after straying into farm
Another report of animal cruelty has surfaced in Rawalpindi, where a man cut off both the ears of a donkey after it strayed into its farm.
According to the initial details, the owner kept going to the police station to tget an FIR registered for the incident. Rawat police registered a case 14 days after the incident.
The plaintiff, Tanveer, said that the donkey’s ears were cut off on June 4.
He has also requested that legal action should be taken against the accused Arshad Mehmood.
It should be noted that an influential landowner in Sanghar recently cut off the leg of a camel with an ax after it went into his fields. Then two days later in Hyderabad too, the leg of a donkey was amputated after brutal torture.
The cases of animal cruelty have sparked widespread outrage, with citizens demanding strict action.
