Husband of RHONJ’s Teresa Giudice takes $1 Million Loan on their home
Luis Ruelas, husband of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, has taken out a $1 million loan on their $3.4 million home in Montville, New Jersey. This comes amidst reports of the couple facing financial challenges.
The opulent estate features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and was initially purchased without a loan. However, recent court documents show that a $1 million loan was secured on March 25, 2024.
Ruelas’ financial struggles are expected to be a storyline in the ongoing 14th season of RHONJ. In the trailer, Margaret Josephs suggests that Ruelas has “pissed Teresa’s money away.”
Giudice, who served time for federal fraud charges, still has an outstanding debt of $615,720 to the federal government as of October 2023.
