Singer and actor Asim Azhar has revealed that he will be tying the knot with his fiancée and model Merub Ali soon.

Recently, during an interview on a private news channel’s comedy show, Asim Azhar responded to a question about his wedding with Merub.

One of the show’s spectators, a fan of the popular celebrity couple, sent their well wishes and asked the singer of the hit song “Jo Tu Na Mila” when they would be getting married.

In response to the query, Asim Azhar stated that there is no fixed date yet, as he wants to be completely honest about it.

He further mentioned that the final decision about their marriage will be made by their parents and families, and they will abide by whatever they decide together.

Asim expressed hope that their parents will soon share joyful news regarding their wedding.

It should be noted that Asim Azhar and Merub Ali got engaged in 2022.

The couple has been hinting at their close relationship on their respective social media handles, with a post stating, “With the grace and blessings of Allah Almighty and our parents’ prayers, we announce our engagement.”

Asim Azhar and Merub Ali have been childhood friends and are often seen together in public. They also appeared together in the blockbuster drama series “Sinf-e-Aahan.”

It is worth mentioning that Asim Azhar’s name has previously been associated with Hania Aamir, but after their relationship ended, Asim Azhar got engaged to his childhood friend, Merub Ali.
