CSS topper Adil Gondal reveals his success story
Central Superior Services (CSS) topper Adil Riaz Gondal has highlighted his experience with taking the CSS exam.
In an interview with Aaj News, Adil opened up that it took him four years to prepare for the CSS exams.
“In contemporary Pakistan, there are challenges such as unemployment and a lack of career opportunities. People can choose the CSS exam,” he said.
He highlighted that the students graduating from university still have the CSS exam as a good consideration.
He highlighted the need to strive and work hard for higher achievement, pointing out that CSS is challenging; however, there is a need for persistence and patience among people.
He revealed that the CSS paper is focused on four rigorous processes, including screening, written testing, interviews, and merit groups, saying that many fewer people are unable to pass this exam.
