Police bust drug smuggler couple in Manga Mandi
The couple was carrying drugs from KP to Punjab
Police arrested a couple smuggling drugs from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Punjab on Friday.
Muhammad Phool and his wife, Sania Bibi, were arrested by Manga Mandi police after a massive cache of drugs was found in their car.
Police stopped their vehicle on a suspicion and searched it to find 21.6 kg of cannabis (charas) as well as 6 kg of opium.
The drugs had been concelaed in white packets and hidden in the car.
Police have also taken the vehicle being used by the couple into custody.
