Islamabad High Court approved Fawad Chaudhry’s bail in a fraud case on Monday.

A divisional bench consisting of Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri announced the decision on Monday.

The National Accountability Bureau is investigating a case of alleged corruption in development projects in Jheum, from where Fawad has been elected to the assembly in the past.

However, Fawad’s release is not likely as he is also under arrest in multiple other cases.
