Justice Malik Shehzad Ahmad sworn in as LHC chief justice
Oath taking ceremony took place at governor's house
Justice Malik Shehzad Ahmad Khan took oath as chief justice of Lahore High Court on Friday.
An oath-taking ceremony was held at the governor house in Lahore, where Governor Baleegh-ur-Rehman administerd the oath.
Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz also attended the oath taking cermony.
Justice Khan is the senior most judge in the LHC. His appointment as chief justice was approved by President Arif Alvi on Thursday.
