The Election Commission of Pakistan on Friday notified the removal of the returning officer (RO) of Mansehra’s NA-19 constituency where former prime minister Nawaz Sharif lost to a PTI-backed independent candidate.

The electoral watchdog replaced Hajra Sami with Zakir Jadoon for the National Assembly constituency a day after it dismissed Sharif’s application for stopping the notification of the.
