For those missing physical keyboard buttons on their iPhones, Clicks Technology has announced an iPhone case with a built-in keyboard on the bottom, The Verge reported.

The case is called Clicks, and is priced at $139. The company has announced shipping the iPhone 14 Pro version from February 1 and plans to introduce the case for iPhone 15 Pro in March this year.

Users will just need to slide the phone in the case while lining up the phone’s power port with the USB-C or Lightning connector inside the case. Once connected, it will start working similar to the physical keyboards coming with old BlackBerry and Nokia phones.

The case will not use Bluetooth or contain a battery, instead it will draw power directly from the phone.

“We use keyboards on our desktops, laptops and tablets every day — so it’s kind of odd that we abandoned physical buttons on the smartphone,” said Michael Fisher, co-founder of Clicks Technology.

The startup, Clicks Technology was by Fisher and Kevin Michaluk.

The creators also introduced other features of computer keyboards in the case, including a backlight and CMD key to use the iOS keyboard shortcuts.
