The case seeks Khan’s removal as head of his party since the Commission has already disqualified him from holding public office after an accountability court found him guilty of corrupt practices in the Toshakhana case.

Khan’s lawyers were supposed submit their reply in the case on Tuesday. However they askedfor more time to submit the reply after which the case was adjourned till December 5.
