PML-N, GDA discuss possible integration of Muslim League
A delegation of PML-N on Saturday arrived at the Pir Pagara House in Karachi where they discussed the possible integration of the Muslim League.
The PML-N delegation included Ayaz Sadiq, Khawaja Saad Rafique, and Bashir Memon along with others.
Muslim League-Functional Sindh President Syed Sadruddin Shah and Syed Mohammad Rashid were among the leaders representing the Grand Democratic Alliance.
During the meeting, the PML-N delegation conveyed Nawaz Sharif’s message to the GDA leaders, while the two parties also discussed the current political situation.
The meeting came days after the PML-N and the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan decided that they would form an electoral alliance to contest the next general elections.
The decision came after a delegation of MQM-P met PML-N supermo Nawaz Sharif and other party leaders on November 7.
The delegation consisted of Mustafa Kamal and Farooq Sattar and was headed by convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui.
