MOFA strongly reacts to Afghan militant involvement in Zhob attack
Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign affairs has issued a strong reaction to the reports that militants from Afghanistan were involved in the attack on the Zhob garrision in July.
Reports said that three terrorists killed in the Zhob clearance operation were identified as Afghan citizens. All three wer from Kandahar.
MOFA has even reached out to Afghanistan embassy officials and asked them to collect the dead bodies.
In its statement, MOFA also expressed ‘concern’ over the involvement of Afghan citizens and the use of its territory in attacks against Pakistan.
The attack on the Zhob garrision had led to the martyrdom of nine soldiers while five terrorists had been killed in retalitaion.
