Rizwan may miss third T20I against New Zealand
Pakistan star wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan is likely to miss the upcoming T20I match against New Zealand due to a back injury.
Both teams will lock horns in the third match of the series at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
The wicketkeeper-batter got injured during the second T20I while attempting to play the sweep shot.
Later, he left the field in the seventh over of New Zealand’s batting innings and Mohammad Haris substituted for him as the wicketkeeper.
Though Rizwan’s condition is improving, he is most likely to be rested for the game.
The final call will be made before the game on Monday. In case, Rizwan is rested, then Mohammad Haris would replace him.
