Govt releases re-recorded national anthem
The government released the re-recorded national anthem of Pakistan on the occasion of the 75th Independence Day of the country. the total duration of the national anthem is one minute and 20 seconds.
The recording has been done as per the original musical score and words. Artists from different ethnicities, religions, and backgrounds have participated in this work. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in his speech at the flag hoisting ceremony described it as the true representation of Pakistan’s diversity.
The Num Films has produced it for the National Anthem Steering Committee, led by Javed Jabbar, which was constituted by the federal cabinet. Arshad Mehmood of NAPA assisted Jabbar in the project.

Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb said on Saturday that the national anthem was recorded after 68 years and Premier Shehbaz was second after former PM Liaquat Ali Khan to launch it.
