Two soldiers of Pakistan Army embraced martyrdom while thwarting militants’ attack on security forces in Bloro area of Bajaur District and killed four terrorists in prompt response, Aaj News reported on Monday.

The Inter Services Public Relation (ISPR) further said that the troops initiated a prompt response and effectively engaged the militants' location.

Weapons and ammunition was also recovered from the killed militants, the military's media wing added.

The killed militants remained actively involved in terrorist activities against security forces. it said adding that during the intense exchange of fire, Naib Subedar lshtiaq and Sepoy Kamran after having fought gallantly, embraced martyrdom.

Due to militants' fire 3 innocent civilians also embraced martyrdom, it added.
