Terrorism will increase if govt does not take serious steps, warns Bilawal
KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan People Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the government should not compromise on terrorism and that the terrorism can not be tolerated.
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto while addressing a press conference expressed solidarity with Afghan brothers, saying the Afghan people have been facing difficulties for decades.
He said that the parliament should be taken on board on the situation in Afghanistan. He also demanded to review the security of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), projects.
Bilawal said that incidents of terrorism took place in Dasu, Quetta and Karachi. If the government does not take serious steps, terrorism will increase.
Bilawal Bhutto said that national action plan should be implemented immediately, CPEC projects are very important for the development of Pakistan. If the government does not pay attention the incidents of terrorism will increase, he warned.
PPP chairman said that Pakistan is not ready to hand over an inch of its land to the terrorists adding that we have to fulfill our constitutional and legal promises.
He said that the people have repeatedly rejected the terrorists in the name of Islam.
He further demanded that the security of CPEC projects should be reviewed. Fool proof security should be provided to those working on the projects.
