**The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday granted bail to Opposition Leader in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif in assets beyond known sources of income case, Aaj News reported **

Announcing the reserved verdict, a two-member bench of LHC approved the bail petition of PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif in assets beyond income case.

During the hearing, the NAB representative completed his arguments. After listening the points of both sides, the court granted bail to Shehbaz Sharif and directed the authorities to release him from Kot Lakhpat jail.

The court granted the permanent bail to the PML-N leader and asked the petitioner to submit two surety bonds worth Rs5 million each.
