Polling for the Senate elections, which was scheduled from 9am to 5pm today (Wednesday), has ended, while the counting of votes is currently underway.

In the Balochistan Assembly all 65 members cast their votes, with the last vote was cast by Mir Hamal Kalmati of the BNP.The first result of the Senate election has been received by Aaj News and independent candidate Abdul Qadir from Balochistan has won.

Independent candidate from Balochistan Abdul Qadir has won and has been elected to a general seat.

On the other hand, the Chief Minister of Balochistan Jam Kamal has said that we will easily get eight seats in the Senate. Voting is taking place in a good atmosphere in Balochistan.

Talking to media, Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal said that Senate elections were going on in a good atmosphere.

The Chief Minister of Balochistan said that there were contacts with each other from the tribal point of view and no malice was ever seen in Balochistan.
