Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has shortlisted candidates for the party ticket to contest the forthcoming Senate elections scheduled to be held on March 03.

According to details, Salim Mandviwalla and Sherry Rehman’s names have been finalized for senate tickets.

The party has decided to award ticket to Palwasha Khan on women reserved seat and Dr. Karim Khawaja on the technocrat seat.

Moreover, Chand Mehtab and Taj Haider will get party tickets on general seats.

The names have been finalized by PPP Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari.

Candidates have been summoned to Chief Minister House, while the final announcement will be made by party’s parliamentary board.

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued the schedule of Senate elections according to which the polling would be held on March 03, 2020.
