Former pioneer leader of Pakistan People Party Dr. Mubashar Hasan was passed away in Lahore.

Dr Mubashar Hasan was 98.

President Dr Arif Alvi has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Dr Mubashir Hasan, a founder leader of Pakistan People's Party.

In a tweet tonight, he said that Dr Mubashir Hasan was a nationalist, committed and honest politician.

He said that he remembers reading his books, particularly 'The Mirage of Power'.
