Beware of fake mutton
Nowadays there is a risk of buying chemically transformed meat from a rat, horse etc. Try not to buy muttons from stores, instead, go to market so that you can see what you are going to eat.
Natural energy bars
Natural products do not need this word. In fact, most bars contain sugar, salt, canola oil and corn flour and are high in calories or generally modified.
Margarine as an alternative to butter
