Fans criticized Sidharth Malhotra over an insensitive tweet
WEB DESK: B-town heartthrob Sidharth Malhotra was criticized over an insensitive tweet. Apparently, he promoted his film 'A Gentleman' at wrong time. Â
It happened when chaos erupted in Panchkula, Haryana after Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh was found guilty in molesting two ‘sadhvis’ (female followers).
The 'student of the year' star tweeted but it was unclear what he was trying to say. Either he was showing his concern over the situation or promoting his movie. His tweet reads,"To all the people of Haryana , please stay safe. Hope you can see our film soon #Agentleman #PeaceAndLove."Â
To all the people of Haryana , please stay safe. Hope you can see our film soon #Agentleman #PeaceAndLove
