Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, will not be part of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf protest in Islamabad on Sunday, the party has confirmed.

A statement issued by the party’s spokesperson Sheikh Waqas Akram said that Bushra will stay away from the protest as she is a ‘domestic woman’.

He added that Bushra’s participation in the protest had never been part of the PTI’s plan.

PTI Chairman Gohar Ali Khan said on Saturday said that only Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan could reconsider the November 24 protest call.
