PESHAWAR: Pillion riding has been banned for a day on the account of Chehlam of Imam Hussain by District Government Peshawar on November 16^th 2016, Aaj News reported.

Chehlam of Imam Hussain will be observed with religious zest and devotion on November 21^st, for which the security will be tightened, and arrangements for fool proof security are in process.

District government Peshawar has already imposed section 144, banning pillion riding from tomorrow, 16^th November instead of 21^st November, issuing an official notice.

According to the notice, ban on pillion riding will last for a single day.
