JUI(F) give call for protest against PTI government on Jan 26
DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Parliamentary Leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa(K-P) Assembly Lutfur Rehman said that protest call against provincial government on January 26 was aimed at protecting the province from destruction.
Talking to APP here on Thursday, Maulana Lutfur Rehman said that provincial government was given mandate in the name of justice and formed government with support of coalition partners but it did not deliver and live up to the expectations of people.
He said that there was complete anarchy in the province. Due to inexperience and lack of administrative capabilities of the provincial government traders were fleeing from the province, he added.
JUI (F) leader said that renowned health practitioners were leaving Khyber Pakhtunkhwa due to growing cases of kidnapping for ransom and robberies.
The province was on the verge of economic collapse and corruption was on the rise as against the promises of the PTI led government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, he claimed.
He went on to add that hardly any uplift projects were initiated in the province and government was raising false slogans of merit.
JUI(F) was committed to rescue the province from the current situation and the call for protest on January 26 is part of the rescue plan, Maulana added.
