On Wednesday, March 07 senate passed a resolution and demanded both federal and provincial government to take effective steps as soon as possible for early recovery of missing persons.

The resolution was passed by Senator Prof. Khursheed Ahmad of Jamat-e-Islami and expressed his deep concern for the missing persons. The resolution said : “Though terrorism and violence is unpardonable crime, but one would be considered as innocent unless proven guilty as per the law.”

It was also stated that “Forcefully kidnapping or making someone disappear іѕ illegal and intolerable in a civilized society,” It is said that the current issue of missing people from Balochistan is putting negative impacts on the country, where unlawfully people are picked up by law enforcement agencies. The resolution said that such terrorism acts are unforgivable
