PPP respects judiciary: Kaira
PPP Information Secretary Qamar Zaman Kaira on Monday said that the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) respects the judiciary and the Prime Minister will appear before the apex court on Jan 19.
Talking to media persons outside the Parliament House, Kaira referred attack of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) workers on the Supreme Court during the nineties and said the PPP will never repeat the history as it believes in the independence of judiciary.
He said there is no confrontation among the state institutions.
He said the government is finalizing a strategy to provide relief to the people. The next budget will be relief-oriented.
